The mechanic was OK and explained the problem with the car. It would have been better if he had turned up at the allotted time rather than 1hr 20mins later.
Although he did advise me he would be late you would have thought a 2hr window was sufficient to arrive on time.

wasnt what i expected. was expecting a more thorough diagnosis. i said the car had serious engine problem. mechanic turned up. asked if engine turns over. i said no. and its not because of battery. he said yes it is and said he would definatly start it with power pack with a smile. i said no chance. he said yes he would start it definately. he put power pack on. engine wouldnt turn over and his smile was soon gone. he took off oil cap, asked me to turn key and said the engine was dead. he was there maybe 10 mins at most. didnt do any diognosis or tell me anything i didnt know. As far as i was concerned a complete waste of time and money. definately wont be using your service or recomending it to anyone at any time. thanks paul. Read more
