All went well after the mechanic initially cancelled the first inspection however the report arrived promptly. The report is not as detailed as the RAC top inspection but was effectively half price so no real complaints there.
The main complaint I have is that the mechanic raised a crucial matter relating to the discs and pads on both axles and I needed to speak to him urgently and left messages on three separate occasions - on no occasions did he ring back. In the end I had to purchase the car without the consultation promised by ClickMechanic.
Because I consider this to be an essential part of the service I am only able to give 2 star rating. Whilst the price is reasonable ( I purchased the top inspection) it's not detailed enough in my opinion for high spec cars – the car purchased was a BMW 350d estate and I will revert in future. Kami was excellent very efficient and advised me on every little detail while doing the inspection. I definitely recommend using click mechanic and if we buy another vehicle I will definitely be using you again as it gave me the piece of mind when purchasing a new vehicle as I have had bad experiences in the past so thank you very much kami for your help.. top man!

Kami was prompt and very efficient. My battery was flat so the electronic switch to release the bonnet needed power. Kami dealt with this very well and when the battery was installed, he waited to see if the car started and let it warm up, he then tested the alternator. He left when he was happy that all was well. My mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. i was delighted when he told me that the problem wasn't as bad as first thought and would be 30% cheaper than originally quoted.
