Kami was excellent and helped me out by arranging to do the pre-purchase check on a vehicle id put in deposit at cargiant within hours of me booking on the website. He also communicated really well to let me know how he was getting on with arranging this with car giant. He called me straight after he’d finished on same day as booking with a verbal report and explained really well so I understood any issues with the car. He also emailed a report straight after which summarised all the parts which he had checked and issues he’d found. The service was convenient and politely delivered. Despite an initial problem with a supply, necessitating rescheduling the appointment, I was impressed with the effective communication and efficiency of Kami.

Kami was very personable and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, he spilled oil on the drive. He returned and tried to clean it up but, although it improved, it is still visible. I had booked Kami to supply and fit a battery too but cancelled that visit when it became clear he was either unable or unwilling to completely eradicate the stain. I contacted click-mechanic through their escalation system to see if they were prepared to help but I heard nothing back. It's a shame, I thought the service was promising but I won't be able to use it again or recommend.
