Booked for a pre-purchase inspection and Kami was allocated - the inspection was the day after the request so also very timely given we were heading into a bank holiday weekend. The car was located about an hour away and I know next to nothing about cars so I was relying on an independent view.

I understand that Kami arrived on time and he called me just after the inspection and went through a few minor bits. I rang up the seller to negotiate a discount which I didn't get but instead the seller acknowledged the items and had them fixed at his expense instead.

It was then with some trepidation that I collected the car yesterday - but I needn't have worried - it was as per Kami's report and our conversation - Thanks Kami - I now have a happy daughter driving around in a new (to her) car.

Kami gave me clear and concise information.....that enabled me to discuss clearly with garage so all issues could be addressed.
