We hired Kami to do an inspection on a second-hand VW Polo we were interested in. He was happy to meet us in person, was punctual, took us through the various car checks, pointing out anything that needed attention, and promptly prepared a report for us once he'd finished inspecting the car. I suspect he's a busy mechanic, so it might take him a day or two to give you a call back and reply to any messages, but in terms of the call itself he was happy to discuss some specific concerns I had, so there were no issue there either.

Kami was good in the inspection but it seems he has a personal limit in taking more than 2 phone queries over the report.
I had a further 3rd call and left a message for him to return my message but it is now more than 48 hours and have heard nothing back from him.
This is quite disappointing as I have used his service twice, once in March 2022 and presently.
