Hossein was very professional, he provided updates as to the progress of the work and provide free advice on some other issues with the car.

The mechanic was a good guy but couldn’t diagnose the fault, so I’ve paid £75 for nothing. Have now booked with a VW specialist who I have to pay to do the same thing.
