Hossein was brilliant. He arrived exactly on time in the morning and was very friendly and approachable. Very clear communication about what was happening throughout the day and next steps including a video review of the MOT recommendations. Incredibly helpful in taking through options and getting follow up repairs booked promptly. I would definitely go back to him for an MOT and service in future.

After putting in the new brakes my brakes were squealing in pain but Hossein kept in contact and took the car to check everything over and brought it back the same day with the car running excellently and not so much as a peep from the brakes.
