Peugeot 207 Car Won't Start Inspection

Absolutely Scam, Car was taken by the engineer without click macanics permission.
Car went for 5+ weeks and kept getting told need various parts costing me thousands.
Told them to drop my car back and refused without payment.
Later found out the parts were incorrectly fitted and still issues with the car.
Do not use this company whatever you do.....
Current going through a legal dispute to claim for my money back.
Fake parts , not trained , not fitted correctly and still delivers cars back with the same issue after threatening for payment.

Sir you was aware of every step taken we understand your frustration on the time frame however you have to understand some jobs take longer than others, your vehicle was a non-runner so this is one of the reasons we had to fix the faults that had occurred one by one. You were not threatened by any of our staff and we will never accept any actions like this towards our clients, if payments are not made our staff is not allowed to leave the vehicle this is our company policy. There is nothing such as "Fake Parts" and we do not use second hand parts unless requested by customer. You were aware of the vehicle still having faults as you did not want to repair the last failed component.
We are willing to see you at court and would love to prove our innocence.

As well as the issues that occurred with this booking, when my car was finally returned to me, the car had obviously been used as it had countless car park tickets and empty drinks bottles and cans. The person in charge seemed to be fine but when i spoke to the actual mechanic, he was incredibly rude when i advised i had an issue with the work.

Mechanic was helpful in trying to explain the issue but the vehicle collector sounded restless like wanting to rush off without given me much opportunity to check up some matters with him.
