First told me that the car had passed then later received the email saying it failed. Charged me £250 to do the job directly with him which I felt was too expensive as the parts needed were less than £100. Failed to leave the advisory note when he left the car and putting pressure to have the car sorted by him. Very unprofessional. . I will never use your services again.
