It is always best to book a Diagnostics Inspection first, rather than you taking a guess yourself as to what you need and then booking a Technician to come out and fit the part for you.

Quality; The part fitted was a genuine Renault component and a step by step explanation was given to your husband who was present at the time.
Punctuality; I arrived 25 minutes earlier than your allocated Slot Time.

I called you on the day of the booking to check if it was OK if I arrived earlier.
I called you an hour before the arrival time, just to let you know that there will be no delays.
