Imran was great very informative, diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently - called me to let me know he was on his way and how long he would be.

Imran was just what I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to flannel me. He quickly and methodically worked his way through the errors to determine what was wrong (it could have been a number of things) and he gave simple clear advice as to what I needed to do as I had only asked for a diagnosis. Having changed the faulty parts he made sure all faults were cleared and then highlighted an unrelated couple I wasn't even aware of for me to get fixed. Very professional and helpful.
