We recently found a E class merecedes Benz that was quite a distance from where we live.
We decided to purchase a pre- inspection report through “click mechanic “And was provided with a outstanding service from Imran.
He went into great detail regarding the issues regarding the vehcile that I looked to purchase and saved us a lot of time , hassle and money !
I could not recommend this mechanic enough !

Imran was very professional with very clear communication I beleive he found the fault within a few mins which was great and I would use him again but it’s a shame that I do feel a little cheated as the overall cost was £50 and for the short time he was here and even thou he was an outstanding mechanic with what seems fantastic knowledge ability I still feel little short changed. I will long term try and find a local mechanic which will help resolve any small issue I have like this without the massive expense.

Audi A3 Car Won't Start Inspection

Imram contacted myself prior to arriving which was reassuring.
He was approachable and polite, whilst informing myself of the underlaying problem.
He explained in "layman,s terms", as I am not a Mechanic.
Following the diagnosis, ordered the New Alternator to be installed through yourself straight away.

In order that we can provide a better service, please kindly elaborate on why you felt the quality of the service you received was only 4 out of 5 stars, even though the fault was diagnosed within 5 minutes of arrival, everything was explained to you as clearly as possible and all options were laid out for you to decide how you proceed.
Please also take the time to kindly suggest how punctuality can be improved, I don't see how it can be personally, considering that your allocated slot time was between 10am and 12pm and that I arrived at approximately 10:02am.
I am always open to suggestions.

Our mechanic was very helpful. They wern't able to fix the problem due to the error messages showing up in the EMS and so had to refer the car back to the garage but great to have their expert non-biased opinion on what the problem may be!
