BMW 4 Series Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Not sure he looked at the correct car!! Didn’t test drive, claimed more bodywork and interior issue than were present.

Hi Jon.
The vehicle that was Inspected was the correct car.
All issues with the vehicle were correctly identifed and forwarded to you in the Report which included photographic evidence of my findings.
The vehicle was not Test Driven, that was made clear to you in the Report by myself.
It was not Test Driven because the Seller would not allow the vehicle to be taken out of the Garage where he had blocked it in between 4 other cars, 2 of which were brought in as soon as my Inspection began.
It was kept inside the Garage as it was due to have several dents removed.
The Dent Master was Inspecting the Body at the same time that I was!
If there were "less body issues than I claimed", why was it having dents pulled???
The reason there are now less Interior issues (multiple cuts in the Drivers Leather Seat etc.
) than in the Report is because I gave a full list of my findings to the Seller, who was genuinely interested in carrying out all necessary repairs.
Again, I have full photographic evidence to corroborate all findings listed in the Report, so if you require further clarification, you need only ask.
Here is the issue as I see it:
YOU arranged an Inspection with the Dealership, which included a Test Drive, it was therefore YOUR responsibility to arrange that with the Seller before hand and make them clearly aware of what the Inspection you had arranged would entail.
I called the Dealership at 9:30am on the day of the Inspection in order to notify them that I would be attending for 11:30am.
2 hours is ample time to take the vehicle out of the Garage, yet they did not.
They had no intention of allowing it out of that Garage on the day of the Inspection as that was the day it was due to have Dents pulled.....
I can only ask a Seller to allow a Test Drive, if the Seller refuses to allow it, then it is out of my hands.
Whilst I understand your frustration, clearly, this is all down to YOU not having made proper arrangements beforehand.
I noticed you only gave 3 out of 5 stars for punctuality, I arrived 15 minutes EARLIER than the appointed time.....
You gave 2 out of 5 stars for communication, yet YOU did not return my calls.....
You gave 3 out of 5 stars for quality, yet almost everything listed in the Report has been rectified before your visit, thanks to the way I work.....
There is simply not much else I could have done for you!

Imran saved us from purchasing a dodgy car! His report revealed everything, we were coming from Ireland to buy a Mazda that was supposed to be 'perfect'. Thx God RAC cancelled their inspection and we went with Imran instead. Thanks to him we bought a fantastic car and avoided big troubles! Highly highly recommend.
