Great communication (informing me 2 hours before the start of the 2 hour time slot, that the part wouldn’t be ready until after our appointment time, due to circumstances out of his control, so he would be a little later which was no issue at all!) friendly guy and very professional! Ensured that he adhered to the current guidelines for Covid-19. Did a great job even in the pouring rain!! Thanks Kev!

He turned up in the given time and after taking the keys and explaining what he was he to do, he quickly went on and finished within 45mins to an hour. A quiet guy that knows what he is doing and does it. Cannot complain at all.
