Although Raul was unable to attend at the original time slot given, this was due to him waiting for new battery required for my car.
Raul kept me well informed, replaced the battery very quickly and was pleasant in manner. He highlighted a small leak and advised though small to keep a check on it.

Raul was fantastic. If there were 6 stars for punctuality, I'd have given them - he actually did the inspection the day before I booked it. Story: he had a break in his day, so called me to ask if he could visit the car now. One call to the garage, and it was arranged - literally only 2 or 3 hours after I booked it. Raul's follow-up was thorough, and I got a detailed run down on the cars minuses but also on its good points - many mechanics provide only the issues that are wrong, leaving out the positives and thus leave the wrong impression about what is otherwise could be a decent motor - they can learn from him for sure. Raul was great - He was very thorough, communicative and friendly. Because of him we found what we were after.

Rual was punctual and professional.

He saved me from making a huge mistake! He was able to find flaws with the car that I did not see when I test drove it. This included, unusual wear and tear on tyres and also an oil leak.

His computer system was also able to diagnose faults in the cars electrical system and rear air suspension system.

He took plenty of pictures of the faults, and they were uploaded promptly.
