We contacted Click Mechanic because we have unfortunately bought a vehicle which should not have been sold to us and which showed signs of a problem before we got home. The car was purchased from a dealership advertised on autotrader. We want to return the car for our money back, which we are entitled to through Consumer Rights 2015 however we also wanted to avoid getting into dispute with the dealer so we decided to get an independent inspection to identify these issues were so that we could ensure that we had grounds to pursue a refund due to the vehicle being unfit for purpose. Brendan completed a 143 point check including diagnostic and provided a report highlighting all faults. Brendan also gave some advice on things we should be aware of when buying a car in future and what some of the common faults are with certain cars. Many of the faults identified were safety faults which should have been picked up on the vehicle's recent MOT but were not.
