Brendan was absolutely fantastic. He communicated the issues throughout the process and advised me on what he could do if i wanted it to be done, which i thought was a great touch, rather than just telling me i needed things which will cost me. He also performed some checks on the faulty parts of the vehicle prior to assuming that they would need replacing to see if he could save me some money.

I didn't meet my mechanic, but spoke to him by phone several times. He appeared to do a thorough job and his telephone report was accurate and detailed. I understand he was a few minutes late due to an accident ahead of him on the way to the inspection site. The car owner reported that he was polite and appeared to be good at his work.
