they did nothing ,told me nothing ,reason was ,car didnt start and they asked me whats wrong with it.....and taxed me 2 times for nothing once 60 £ and once 50 £
still dont know why they taxed me second time whitout asking them to come again
so it is better to find something else

Not the best service as I call the day before booking and they did not seem to have any knowledge of the job till they rang me back later to confirm
Click machanic also under quoted job as gaskets were required
Time scale was also optermistic 3 hours, car collected 9.30 delivered NEXT day 1 .30 pm !!!!!
Go communication from Click Machanic all though think I have also been mis diagnosed as my car still has the ticking noise so feel I have shelled out £350+ for not the real problem to be sorted
Not the best experience I have had and still need to seek solution to the problem mmmm!!

They were absolutely fantastic. Slightly late for pick up but can not fault them for anything else. They picked up my car they carried out the their duties and responsibilities and returned my car in time scale agreed. Very professional.

Customer requested an exhaust manifold change. The job was mis-quoted by Click Mechanic. The part cost £400+ from the dealer but we managed to source parts and complete a job that requires injection parts and part of the engine out to complete without any increases in labour. In future we will reject these jobs as customer believe they can be completed in 2 hours!

Jag and the team were great. Not long after collecting the car did I get the results of the MOT and work needed with a breakdown of costs. Even for a centre that don’t supply tyres..they sourced and fitted to complete the MOT work. Everything completed within the day and back to me when I needed it by.
