Very happy with Craig the mechanic, he arrived within the allotted time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently despite the showery weather.
Booked it on the Thursday and it was fixed by Friday afternoon, can't ask for better than that.

The so-called mechanic came late . . . demonstrated his incompetence . . . and left.
A short while later, I discovered he had taken money out of my bank account.
Which I find very worrying.
He visited my home after ClickMechanic returned my
money to me. He upset my wife, and he threatened me.
So far, nobody has explained how he got my bank details.
Click Mechanic have stopped talking to me.
Definitely a very unhappy bunny.
I got a cheaper quote for the work from a local garage, who definitely had the necessary tools :o)
Which the so-called mechanic did not bring.
I recommend you to leave Click Mechanic well alone.

After corresponding with click mechanic and you directly, I am very disappointed that you have not removed or edited this review. As you are aware, the statements that you have made are untrue. As you will see on other reviews i am prompt, hopefully courteous and competent in my work. As for the damning statement that I took money from your account, this is impossible. No client details are ever passed on from click mechanic. I would really appreciate your co operation with resolving this matter promptly.

You have referred to me as a "so-called mechanic" who demonstrated incompetence and has now threatened you, whereas others will know me as the honest owner of a successful and reputable vehicle repair business. I welcome customer reviews because they help me to maintain or improve the high standards both within my business and my own performance. Since you are still posting things that are untrue there is no point in me continuing to try and resolve your fabricated, erroneous issues.
