Good , reliable, job done with no fuss.

I was absolutely disgusted with the way they run things.

1. i had to push yourselves to give me an answer whether I could get my clutch done quickly you then came back and said that they had found someone and I had to fill in your form which I duly did.

2. I then received a text to tell me that OMD would be picking up my car between 8-10am on
Thursday the 30th November. I get a phone call around about 9.30ish to tell me there was bad traffic and they would be half an hour later. That was fine 11.00am comes around and nothing I rang Daniel to let him know that they have not arrived yet he didn't know what had happened so he said he would contact them and find out what had happened. He finally comes back to me a good half hour later I was getting ready to ring him again when he finally rang back to say that the first breakdown lorry had broken down and they were sending me another one out which finally arrive and took my car away about 12.15 that day.

3. The reason I stated an early call but with your adivsor was told to put all day and he would chase up to get the earliest call for me was so I could get my car back the same day. He did get me the 8-10 visit but look what happened.

4. I get a phone call at around about 17.50 to tell me that my car was not going to be ready that day which not being stupid I had guessed. That it was nearly finished and I would get it back as early as possible.

5. Once again I had to phone to find out what had happened this was around 11.00am on Friday the 1st December to be told that they had just finished and it would be with me within 1/2 hour They finally dropped it off at 11.45 am.

6. Finally the actual clutch is working fine but you are not a company I would ever recommend to anyone else as for a breakdown lorry to breakdown on its way to me doesn't say much for the companies you choose to send out.

The work carried out was as described and the price was very good but time keeping left much to be desired.

I had never used a service like this before so was a bit concerned but I though it was a good quote so I’d give it a try. ClickMechanic and the OMD Autos both contacted me prior to the job. The car was collected at a time to suit me, once it was fixed I got a phone call while I was at work to say it was done and asking when was convenient to me to bring it back. 1 hour after I got home from work the car was back outside the house and working perfectly. Highly recommend ClickMechanic and OMD Autos.

Although the mechanic did the work the job was very slow and very little communication. I felt like I was having to chase all the time just to be told the same thing all the time.

I was very happy with the service I received, always being kept informed at all times.
