Excellent service, Mark explained everything and informed me what to do going forward with the van to help running it in the future.

The mechanic Mark was very good , unfortunately i was sold the wrong part for my bmw, inspite of being assured by the seller that it would fit! So, i have paid £130 and the job still requires fixing. This was in no way the fault of Mark .He did what he could. 10/10

My Audi A3 sunroof was stuck in open position and after I spoke to multiple people including West London Audi engineers but no one could help with closing the sunroof until a permanent solution can be found. Mark accepted the job and closed the sunroof without any problem - I was very impressed with his skill and can vouch for his ability.

However, in the interest of fairness, I didn’t get a diagnostic report explaining the root cause of the problem despite multiple emails, calls and text messages. So, communication could be better.

Mark was my mechanic and has been excellent today. He is quite knowledgeable and showed professionalism in his job delivery. He went straight to the source of my car problem and put it right.
Am really glad and will not mind recommending him to anyone that needs his services.
