Not the service that I would have expected. Mechanic turned up over an hour earlier than booking slot (luckily someone was in!) and then he diagnosed a fault, although couldnt resove it himself. Was meant to call to supply me with his report of diagnosis "within an hour" which he didnt do and I had to chase it up via the company, Finally got a call the next day from mechanic. Disappointing.
