I was happy with the report I received from Andrew. It gave me all of the information I needed. I didn't meet him as he went to inspect a car at a trader's premises. I spoke with him on the phone and he was friendly.

Andrew was a very nice friendly person. He arrived well within his time slot and was very thorough in the work carried out on my car.

Andrew left me feeling extremely satisfied with the work he had done on my car, replacing the timing belt with a new kit and water pump in a timely fashion and a friendly attitude to go with. Being that my vehicle couldn't be parked at my residence for him to do the work there, he was very forthcoming when I suggested another place not too far away. All in all i would definitely use Andrew again.

Andrew was on time reported what was wrong and very happy with this service and would truly use this service again

Called to say he would be 40 mins late and then was 1h20 late , came to do a service changed the oil and walked around the car twice and declared schedule service done .

Andy was a really nice man. Although my car couldn't be fixed, he told me what was wrong and what I needed. Once I've got the parts I will be using click mechance to have some one fit them. Brilliant service with prices upfront, you couldn't ask for more. Thank you 😊

Andrew showed up earlier than expected. I received a timly and thourogh inspection result sheet pdf. But I am annoyed that I never received a courtesy call from him, before or after the inspection, as I did on my previous use of the service (different mechanic).

Yes excellent mechanic, best I have used in ages.
