The job was delayed through no fault of their own and because Audi main dealer let them down. Good communication and enthusiastic, despite their frustrations.

The work completed at Heywood Auto Clinic was done to time and to quote. The staff were very polite, helpful & knowledgeable, keeping me informed when when my car would be picked up from home for repair then completed and dropped back off. I would recommend this garage.

Was rang the day before by a lovely lady asking if I was still coming. There was an offer of a pick up from home or a tow to the garage. Or I could bring it myself which I opted to do so I could explain what was happening to my vehicle.
Was met by a young lad called Jordan who ran the garage.
Jordan, one of his mechanics and I discussed In detail what needed to happen , the process involved and the timescale for the job to be completed. Unfortunately my vehicle needed a specific part from a main dealer. In front of me he must of tried for ages to locate this specific part but to no avail and as this was a Saturday lunch time no main dealer service depts are open.
On Monday Jordan phoned me to say he’s got the part and was getting delivered on Wednesday at some time. My vehicle was fixed on Wednesday and called me to say the Job was complete. I’ve had the vehicle back a week and everything is great.
I’m extremely grateful as this had been an ongoing issue I had for quite a while with my vehicle. Finally fixed and for an extremely fair price.
Jordan has a young team working with him and they were all extremely polite, knowledgable and keen to get my vehicle fixed and back to me ASAP.

Heywood Auto Clinic communicated very well, they collected slightly late but gave notice of this (NHS priority customer) which I was more than happy with and then returned the car within a few hours all sorted and no fuss.
