Although they couldn’t carry out the work and the cost of repairs was expensive the communication was good and friendly. Cost £40 for a call out charge although they said they wouldn’t charge I can only assume this was generated through click mechanic so they could take there cut!!!!!

This is a call fee as per the click mechanic app. I did say if your vehicle was not gassed we would not charge for the check, however you still would of been charged the callout fee for attending the booking as per terms and conditions
of the process.
We are independent garages that don't have nothing to do with the booking process!

Renault Clio Diagnostic Inspection

I cannot speak more highly of this garage. They tried everything under their power to repair my car. Through no fault of theirs it was not able to be repaired. Needs to go to Renault dealership. I would highly recommend them and thank them for all their hard work.

Heywood Auto Clinic Ltd replaced both front wheel bearings on my vehicle in rapid time and the car runs like brand new again.
They picked up and dropped the car off at my home address, job done.
The communication was also excellent regarding the progress of the repair.

I guess I'm used to the old stereotype Mechanics who kicks the tyres, makes tutting sounds and tells me the repairs will cost thousands!
The Mechanic's here were great. Good communication and transparent at all times. Really pleased with the quality of work too, the car feels great. Well done guys! 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Car was collected from home and returned less than 24 hours later. Very helpful and polite garage communication and Car driven back to home and left on drive as requested as away working, very happy with the service received and experience.
