Mark was punctual and very thorough with his diagnosis. 2nd time Mark has done work for me and work to the highest quality again. He knew i was going to do the work myself and even put time and effort into getting me the part at the cheapest price. Would recommend Mark to anyone.

phoned me to say he could come earlier than the time slot allocated which was helpful no work carried out but he found what the fault was quite quickly and advised me of what to do next. very pleased with the result.
