Freelander requiring replacement exhaust and silencer. Quick service at a good price. Spannerworks turned up on time, took my vehicle with the minimum of fuss and delivered it back 3 hours later fully fixed. Good quality of work and requiring minimal disruption usually required in taking your car personally to a garage. Overall very happy with the level of service.

Happy with the work carried out and will be taking the car back to have some other scheduled maintenance work done in the next few weeks. Clutch and flywheel change.

Spanner was very fast with my repairs. It was a fiat 500 semi automatic clutch replacement. He did a brilliant job and the problem is sorted at least for now. I hope problem doesn’t resurface but for now car is working fine, no cranking noise. He did the job in just one day and returned my car to me at home.

Five stars all round for Spanner Works. It turned out the job was more difficult than anticipated and the mechanics worked flat out to complete the job, which also took them much longer than planned.
I was highly impressed by their knowledge and working professionalism, and their well equipped mobile unit. I've been driving since 1960, and have working experience of car mechanics gained from DIY repairs and servicing, so I speak with some knowledge of auto mechanics, especially on older cars I've owned in the past.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Spanner Works to anyone requiring more than just a simple routine service on their car.

Spanner was a nice fella ,picked my car up put on a water pump and thermostat and a drive belt so far everything is fine

I advised them at the beginning that this was an old car which had been left to rot on our drive for several years. Initially they quoted for the Head Gasket, however after communication of the problems with the car, which they advised me of, they were happy and me for them to proceed in getting this car back on the road. I advised that there was no rush, which I believe worked well for us both.
In the end they managed to get all the works done to the car along with MOT. It is back on the road and I am giving it plenty of TLC. What they did in the end; Battery

Did an amazing job, my car is running perfectly now. I was a bit sceptical trusting my card and booking online but im so glad i did. The payment wasnt taken until i had my car back as promised.
