Mechanic called me after arriving on site, informed me what he was going to do. He called me back giving me feedback following the inspection.

Was a delay with repair and I had to chase on the day to find out they had problems but will be done next day. Overall repair was great and they collected my car and dropped it back off which was great for me when at work.

City Motors were fantastic. Not only did they source the part quickly, they did a great job fitting the new belt, eliminating the slack and wobble, they did it very quickly and delivered the car back within 2.5 hours. Would definately use them again.

I was very pleased with the mechanic, and he made a very good job of the work he carried out.

Not happy, car left with bad scrape on n/s wing didn't notice until morning as was dark on return, also ten miles extra on clock, unaccounted for.

the work was carried out at the garage & not at home becase of the mot i was happy with the work
done, & there were no problems , the mechanic that collected the motorhome was plesant polite
& a gentleman & just as cheerfull when he brought it back at the end of the day regards kj
