The team was great , they wer very helpful and piked my car up , communication could have been better , I had plans at a certain time which I was unable t make
The car is alot better then it was , runs alot better and am thankful for findin this website

(5-6) it was hard to get parts but kept you in picture with text. Sorry that you didnt get car for 2pm as part came in at 3pm which i texted you. All i can do is apologise.

Although we got off to a bad start as I arrived at 9am and the garage wasn't open, the mechanic was informative throughout the course of the day and worked on my car until it was sorted. Im happy with the work completed.

Peugeot 307 Clutch replacement

The mechanic was fine,
difficult to judge work so early after repair but the car is driving good
He explained what parts were replaced and pointed out a possible problem with evidence of a water leak but thought this may have been an old problem
The only negative point was he explained that the gearbox oil needed changing which I expected but when I received the online invoice the charge for the oil was £40 which I thought was excessive
From my experience, I would use the garage again

The guys at Gledhill Garage couldn't have been more helpful from the moment they called me to confirm the time they'd be collecting my car to the time they dropped it back off again. I really needed to use this service this year due to failing physical and mental health. The relief I felt knowing that the garage was taking care of my car for me was massive. Thank you very much to everyone involved, I would recommend the service and the garage without hesitation.

Work on the car seems to be fine so far but it was collected at 12:00 and not returned until 20:30. I do not want to be waiting until the middle of the night to get my car back. Lack of communication regarding the delay. When I called their mobile for an update at 18:00 the call went to voicemail and I thought they had left for the day. I was much happier with the mechanic you sent to us last year.

Im sorry if you feel you didnt get the same service as your last garage. Besides the time off collection 10am to 12pm theres wasn't any time agreed. I rang to give you an update and after getting the go ahead to carry on with the work that needed doing to pass the mot. I informed the person i spoke to on the phone that i will be finishing work at 7.30pm and was happy to deliver the car to which you she agreed and didn't mention anything about it being to late.
