Not very knowledgeable with my make of car. What I was told I already knew. Found the answer to my problem on YouTube !. If I could do that why couldn’t the mechanic. Don’t feel I got value for money .

Hi there sir thanks for the review,
If you already knew the problems sir then selecting a plug-in diagnostic was the wrong service to choose.
What you should have done would to have been to call the clickmechanic customer team, explained the already known problems rather than selecting a service that will tell you what you already know.
To be honest sir youtube will not tell you the problems directly realated to your actual vehicle as the same problem occuring in a like for like model will have different circumstances.
