Don was extremely professional. He communicated with me from start to finish.
I asked him to carry out an MOT & Major Service on my Ford S-Max (2012 Reg)
He called me 30 minutes before he collected my car and 30 minutes before delivering it back to me.
I found Don to be friendly and approachable. On returning my vehicle to me (which was rather late on Friday evening) he explained what he had done in detail and showed me photos of the filters and oil he had replaced ( I asked Don to supply one of the high-end engine oils which I paid extra for)
Considering it was almost 7.30 Don did not try to rush me in any way. At no point did I get the impression he was in a hurry to get home.
He also checked my A/C gas pressure as I requested. I had mentioned he could recharge the system if it needed. In fairness, Don could have charged me for this and I would have been none the wiser but he told me It was ok for the time being.
This is the first time I have used Don and will definitely use him next year.

Dom did a pre inspection prior to me purchasing a car. He was knowledgeable when I didn’t understand something on the report, friendly and arrived early to the inspection.

I originally took my car with a minor light problem to a so called specialist electrical garage, who botched the job, the car could no longer be started and I had to get the AA to tow my car away from the garage. Don identified the fault they had caused, fixed that and the original fault and got it going in under an hour. Brilliant job.

Sorted everything out 4 hours after I had enquired. Turned up, sorted it in 10 minutes.
