Don was great. Communicated well with me, both on the phone and while the work was carried out. Explained what he was doing, how it works and the next steps after completion. Arrived slightly earlier than scheduled (which was arranged) and completed within the time allocated. Highly recommended and will use again.

Don was great, contacted me in advance of the window to arrange a specific time and was timely and efficient in replacing my cars rear brake pads at my house .
He came out with me to test drive the feel of the brakes afterwards to make sure that everything was good.
