Your mechanic did the job quickly & efficiently. Arrived on time and let me know when he was coming, which was actually earlier than time slot allocated, but that was convenient for me.

Don arrived at the correct time however could not complete the work due to the internet mechanic ordering the wrong part, even after client double checked they had the right vehicle. Don completed an assessment unable to carry out as agreed at the quoted price. Therefore work cancelled and still charge for the visit.
Mechanic good, telephone and Internet mechanics need re accessing still charged even tho not clients fault.
