Superb service from Jay at Happy Motor Cars. He arrived even earlier than expected and was very pleasant and courteous to deal with. The repair (replacement electric wing mirror) was completed to perfection in about 15 minutes. He made sure the mirror was functioning properly before leaving. Could not fault him.

I was not present at the inspection so my ratings are based on emails received pre and post booking and a conversation that I had with Jay before he attended.

As a customer the areas that I think could do with improvement are:

How Click Mechanic arrive at the score for the car out of 100 and also I would like to see a generic summary about the vehicle including comments, I appreciate that the report is compiled to be as time efficient as possible and comments can be made but to see an general overall opinion would add value to the service.
