James was a very friendly and polite guy, fully knowledgeable in the diagnostics of my car and identified the root causes within the hour. This was a refreshing change after being charged £300+ for the same fault by the local Suzuki dealer recently who, unbeknown to me at the time, failed to sort the problem, CLickmechanic is in my contacts list now that's for sure
