James was outstanding. His mechanical knowledge (especially relating to clutches) is extraordinary. He turned up exactly when he said and immediately got down to work with no fuss. Despite the challenges of changing the clutch on a Mini One (and there are several), he worked at a pace and to a standard that could not be faulted; he even advised on some other minor problems that he detected. I would have no hesitation in recommending James; he is an excellent mechanic, and extremely personable.
