I had a few things wrong with my car and James was brilliant at explaining everything to me and ensuring my car was fixed the next working day. James was really good, I was very impressed with him. My big disappointment was that the discs I had replaced cost an extra £50 due to the type of discs I have...part of why I chose ClickMechanic was that I knew exactly what I would be charged in advance to make an informed decision. To then be charged an extra £50 due to the admin not having researched the type of brake discs on my car was really disappointing. Would use James again...not sure I would use Click again as I hated having 'extras' charged...sort out the admin side of it and I'd use it again.

James was very knowledgable about cars, he knew what the actual problem was after I was wrongly quoted from an earlier mechanic. Kind a friendly would highly recommend to anyone.
