This is the second time Mohammed has come out to help us. This time just like last time he was friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend Mohammed to anyone.

Mohammed was very professional, polite, conscientious and willing to work on a cold Sat night. Due to traffic and prior job issues he was late but warned us in advance and gave us the option of delaying the work.
He had some technical difficulties replacing the belt and could not finish the job that night as he did not have the right tool with him. But, he came back the next day to complete the job.
The chocolates to apologise for the delay was a nice touch!
Would be happy to use him again.

Mohammed kept me up to date by text about when he would be arriving. He turned up early, was polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. He also didn't patronise me as some mechanics do. He explained what he was doing, showed me what had gone wrong with the old part, fixed the new part and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also made it clear I could contact him if there was any problem. I was really pleased with the service he gave.
