Mohammed was super: very friendly and competent. He kept me informed when he was held up en route and couldn't have been more reassuring when he checked out the car. The work was completed to a high standard and the car is now running smoothly. He also had a very cool sweatshirt with a groovy mechanic decal! We would definitely use him again.

Mohammad is very knowledgeable and has patience to check the issue in depth. He clearly found the root cause of the problem and fixed it without any issues.

Also, he advised very clearly. When he found the product supplier sent wrong part, he didn't get upset or shown his anger, rather patiently handled the situation and asked the supplier to resend the correct part.

This is the second time Mohammed has come out to help us. This time just like last time he was friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend Mohammed to anyone.

Mohammed was very professional, polite, conscientious and willing to work on a cold Sat night. Due to traffic and prior job issues he was late but warned us in advance and gave us the option of delaying the work.
He had some technical difficulties replacing the belt and could not finish the job that night as he did not have the right tool with him. But, he came back the next day to complete the job.
The chocolates to apologise for the delay was a nice touch!
Would be happy to use him again.
