Mohammed was excellent. I needed a new starter motor and although Clickmechanic apparently underquoted for the job and initially wanted to increase the price because the wrong part had been quoted for they honoured their price.
Mohammed turned up at 5pm in the dark, replaced the starter motor and enabled me to get to work the next morning for which I was very grateful. I'd be happy to recommend him.

Mohammed was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, though, he was honest and on my side, showing me that my brake pads did not need replacing at all - contrary to my service garage's rip-off claim that they were 70-75% worn (they will be getting a sharp email from me) and quote to replace them at more than twice the Click Mechanic price.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me parts and pictures of my car, very clear. Saved me money by showing me my brake pads easy had another 6 months on them before they needed replacing, so I didn't need to do it this time.
