I booked WrenchWorks Automotive via ClickMechanic for a full service. The response time was great and I had the confirmation of the date and time slot I requested within the hour, as well as the name of the mechanic who would be attending and a direct contact number for them.
The assigned mechanic, Mohammed, gave me a call in the morning to let me know the arrival time, and completed the service at the property without any issues. He was also able to identify and advise on a potential issue and was very helpful and polite.
I will be using the service again.
