Mark F
I started in the trade over 20 years ago with an apprenticeship with Gary Green Mobile Mechanic where I remained for 4 years. After earning my stripes in the mobile space I then moved on to the local Audi main dealer for 2 years which helped further enhance me skills and gave me real insight into franchise dealer working practices. I then moved back in to the mobile space where I worked for Kwikfit and ATS each for a year as a mobile specialist. In 2003 I decided to set up by my self and have been servicing Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Derbyshire ever since and love what I do!

When I spoke to the man at Click Mechanic, he said he would be sending a mechanic that would be able to test the car software for faults.

The mechanic arrived and said he was sent to check spark plugs. He checked for damage under the car and there was none. He confirmed the part is not damaged.

This was an absolute waste of time and money. The mechanic did not run any tests and said that I should take it to the dealer.

I had researched the fault online and asked the mechanic to unplug the car battery for 20 minutes. Online it is explained that this could reset the software.

I was told diagnostics would be done, this was not done.
Click Mechanic completely misrepresented their service.

The expectation was that the diagnostics would be run, the fault found and fixed. This did not happen.

Avoid this company.
