Anthony was great. Gave me options on what the fault might be. Information on the diagnostic process. Feedback on the results in less that 2 hours from collecting the car. Fault fixed. Car returned in good condition shortly after. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was very happy with the service they were very punctual & finished the job early I was originally quoted for a fuel pump but it turned out to be the fuel relay which was considerably cheaper. It was nice to see an honest friendly mechanic who won’t rip you off . Thank you Antony for such a brilliant service I will definitely use click mechanic again

MINI Mini Diagnostic check for non start of engine

He is friendly and helpful, but not enough knowledge to handle the problem. Not very happy with the outcome results.

Hello Mr Wong
I feel a little hard done by your comments as your booking was innitially for a timing chain replacement due to non start and knowing these engines a timing chain issue will not cause non start
That is unless complete failure of the chain or components which a simple replacement as per your booking would not help so I made two visits to your premises to diagnose the issue and see what the root cause of the problem was
Upon diagnostics found the exhaust cam had failed requireing a strip down of the engine thus incurring more cost you informed me you could not cover therefore the job was charged at simply one hours diagnostics and oil that was used to top up the engine which is vastly less time than was spent on the car
So to receive a 1 star on quality is a little harsh I can understand that the issue was not resolved but it was quickly and accurately diagnosed and you were no t charged for a timing chain replacement that would not have fixed the car

Anthony was very honest and helpful. He was running a bit late but all the work got done on time.
He let me Know that my glow plugs where fine and that he didn't want to charge me for work that didn't need doing, so instead he did a full diagnostic test to find the real problem for me.
