Rob phoned me the morning of the pre-purchase inspection and asked me some questions about the car, what I am looking for and anything to pay particular attention to. He carried out the inspection and I got a follow-up call afterwards to discuss his findings and thoughts.

The report was comprehensive and when I had follow-up questions a couple of days later, Rob took my call and discussed at length my points.

Rob was kind enough to go in the snow and check the car I was planning to buy. As the garage asked me to re-schedule, he was flexible enough to do so. I also appreciated that he called prior to checking the car to get an idea of what i was looking for and whether I had areas of worries about the car. He explained why he believed the car was genuine in its mileage by checking some key points, very knowledgeable person.

I had an MOT & full service done on my Mazda 3. Rob collected my car within the 2 hour time slot & was very friendly & easy going. Rob confirmed the time of the MOT test & gave a rough return time which turned out to be pretty exact. On returning the car Rob had extremely good knowledge of the works & explained the works done & what needed doing. I was shown the invoice on a mobile phone & the actual cost was not much more than the estimate. Payment was then processed. Overall very happy with the service despite being a little nervous initially about handing over my keys, & car, to a complete stranger! Would recommend and use again - found it a very beneficial service.
