Absolutely fab! Car was collected at 9.30 and dropped back by 12, had a slight issue with engine coolant being low after work was done, but I text the mechanic (on a Sunday!) who replied straight away to tell me what to do and checked in later that day to make sure my car was still ok. Will definitely be using click mechanic again in future- really impressed!

I was really pleased with how straightforward everything was and that the fault was found and fixed - I’d tried lots of bigger garages that couldn’t help.
I would definitely use this mechanic again. Only issue was timings weren’t stuck too but it was worth it to finally find someone who could fix my car! Polite and courteous too.

Could I just suggest it might be useful if the customer received feedback on the jobs that were done. I asked the delivery/collection driver if there was any paperwork to support the work but he said contact yourselves. I would like to see some paperwork as that will help me understand if, during the course of the work, there are any advisories. Thanks.

with regards to the work carried out on the car there will be an invoice from click mechanic, the type of work carried out would not come with any advisory’s as we have not carried out a service or mot on the car only repairs as requested by you many thanks mike

After a very frustrating day phoning and visiting local mechanics who couldn't or wouldn't help I discovered ClickMechanic.
My car was collected, repaired and returned to me all on the same day by a mechanic who was punctual, helpful and communicative and whose work was first rate.
I'd been nervous about handing my car over simply off the back of filling in a form on a website but on the basis of this experience, I can't imagine going to back to the traditional phone and plead approach of finding a mechanic.
