I am happy with work they did but I am not happy about communication.they sent me twice text messages about time they supposed to be collect and mechanic was 2 hours later!also I just don’t understand why you picked garage who was 75 miles away from my postcode I gave to you.if I know that at first I wouldn’t stick with you...it’s extra 150 miles.cost extra money cause of my fuel...thank you

Great service. They rang me an hour before collecting the vehicle and sent photographs to my phone as the work was being carried out. The vehicle was dropped off earlier than expected which was a bonus!
Will definitely use again in the future.

Work was good, during the work the communication was good. I liked the photos/videos of my car being worked on.
However car was picked up late, and was dropped back off late. MOT certificate was not with the car when dropped back off which meant it had to be sent in the post.

Car was collected promptly when promised, was sent photos throughout the day of the new parts being fitted and the work being carried out. Was returned later on with no issues, would be happy to use Kjmotors again :)

Sent pictures throughout the entire process detailing what they was doing and returned when they said they would. Recommend would 100% use again
