Rover 25 Diagnostic Inspection

I was very happy with the service I received at the time, but the next day I reported to the mechanic that all was not well with the car. The new part he fitted to the exhaust has made things even worse.
At the moment my car is not safe to drive.
It has became something of a nightmare for me over the past five days to get the mechanic to come back and sort the problem out.

Citroen Xsara Picasso Front wiper motor replacement

Didn't fix the issue on first visit. Promised to return a week later. On this basis I hired a car in the interim. He didn't turn up and hasnt responded to any communication since. Click mechanic can only mediate between us so little chance of getting any compensation. Had a good mechanic out now and he fixed it in less than an hour.

I’d like to personally apologise, as I’m sure you’ve been made aware I was taken into hospital and have refunded the job.
I didn’t fix on the first visit as the wrong parts had been ordered (customer supplied second hand parts as they entered the wrong vehicle on the system and were unwilling to pay the correct price) I then attended again, fitted the correct parts for the vehicle that the customer had requested and it became apparent the customer had diagnosed the fault incorrectly. Not having time to diagnose there and then, we arranged a third visit for the vehicle to be properly diagnosed but that’s when I was taken into hospital.
Hopefully this hasn’t tainted anyone’s views of myself or clickmechanic but if the vehicle had been correctly diagnosed in the first place the issue would have been resolved quickly.
