Nigel telephoned yesterday afternoon to see if he could bring the appointment forward because he was in the locality, but this would have been inconvenient to the seller of the vehicle being inspected. Today Nigel arrived 3 hours late for the appointment saying he was caught in traffic leaving London, why dispatch a mechanic from London? If I'd been aware of this yesterday I'd have tried to organise an earlier appointment.

Nigel's inspection report is very complete and it will definitely assist me in taking a decision on whether to buy the vehicle or not. Apart from the late arrival, I'd be happy to employ your services again but this could be improved by tasking local mechanics to jobs - it would be fairer on the mechanics and make their job safer by avoiding long drives between jobs.
