I literally cannot recommend Josh and his service highly enough. Took on the job after been let down by a local company to me and contacted me around 6pm and was here at 9.30am next morning ready to go and take on the long job in the cold weather. Super professional and a man of his word. The job was a nightmare and was no trouble for Josh even having to travel locally to get resolved for me Inday. Super impressed with his knowledge and he is an absolute gent on top. Will not hesitate to recommend him to all I can. Joshua was earlier than expected , he got straight on with the job of clutch replacement . I had to go to work, he called me when he'd finished. My son drove the car & said it felt very smooth

Exceptionally good experience with Joshua, who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Greatly helped beforehand working out what kind of flywheel the van had and reassuring me about the fix (change limited to the clutch). Good communications ahead of time, including on the way to me. Arrived ahead of the booked day and prepared to work, with his own carpet and drive protection. The old clutch was extremely efficiently removed and Joshua showed the fault (displaced spring stopping the plate from working properly), which reassured us both. Then the van was reassembled, the elapsed time, from arrival to cleaning up, leaving everything spotless being just over six hours. The van now drives like new - I bought it second hand four years ago and it has never driven so well. I highly recommend Joshua / AB Automotive for any vehicle work. So impressive and efficient. Joshua was very good. Explained everything and is very polite. He fitted a new clutch on my car on my drive, used protective sheets over the drive and cleaned up everything afterwards. Exceptional job, I am very happy.

Joshua was great at his job but the parts that were used from GSF were doubled and I tried to resolve this with click mechanic but they said I had agreed a price to start with and no refund will be given for the clutch which costs £204..29 and was charged £418.15 I prefer to use honest people ! especially when I had helped and set up a canopy as it was raining

Joshua was very knowledgeable and explained thing's as he progressed,he was very friendly, unfortunately there was other work to be done which ment getting a part the next day,we couldn't be there when Joshua came back but left everything he needed,the work was completed, but I couldn't drive the car for a couple of days as I was away, when I did drive the car it still wouldn't go into first gear properly, Which left me a bit apprehensive when driving it, but over the next couple of days it seems to be working properly now, I wondered if it needed to bed in, I have thank Joshua for all he's work.
