Citroen C4 Alternator belt replacement

Arrived 4 hours later than time given but someone did call me once around the time they were supposed to arrive. I had to call several hours later for an update as was told he'd be with me shortly but hadn't heard anything for 2 hours. Work was completed in less than 10 minutes and key handed back so very quick to complete. Although on receipt he's quoted 0.9hrs labour! Should have read 0.2hrs labour. Complete costs still reasonable though.

Hi Lee,
i am sorry about the delays today. The mechanics first call today was a problem and completely ran over book time due to a ball joint and bushes that he could not get separated. The book time for each task is set by the national auto data and is an industry norm, however today the mechanic had a technician working alongside him so this does speed up the time as auto data is made up of one person completing the task.
Lee having said that I am happy that it was of value to you and if you choose us next time you will not have the same issue as i will make sure you are the first job

Mark arrived 90 mins after the time slot for the appointment without any apology and only worked for 25 mins as he didn't have anywhere to plug in to read codes.
He did say what he thought the problem was (after checking / eliminating a few issues) and advised me what to try next. I have since received a quote from him for this work.
