The Mechanic send me a message on the night before to ask if we can reschedule for next day due to sickness. Is was great to get a heads up. Next morning he texted to say he will be 30 mins which is not major delay.

He came with with his daughter but with no instruments or equipment. I have received a few different reasons for what the fault may be (aircon and heating not blowing any air). Once I explained that the aircon/heating is working just not blowing air he gave other possible reasons but said it was probably the motor. He did managed to identify the problem with some degree of confidence - air not blowing probably the motor.

He was very polite and pleasant, gave notice to delays .
