This was an excellent experience. Very pleasant mechanic kept me informed of his expected arrival time. He got on with the job of replacing the starter motor and completed the job within the hour. I'm very pleased indeed a lot less hassle than having it done at a garage. I will certainly use this method again, thanks

The mechanics was great. Called me an hour before arriving, arrived when he said he would.
He found the problem within minutes and fixed it in less than the allocated time.
Offered me after service care in case anything went wrong afterwards

I'm glad that the weather was good, I don't have a garage. No drawbacks for me though. The mechanic contacted me shortly before arrival as well as the night before the work was scheduled to be carried out. He was polite and personable as well as proficient; the work was done quickly and professionally. I saved a great deal of money by not using Mercedes dealers ( approximately 50%) and got just as good a deal. I would not hesitate to use Click Mechanic again.

Great mechanic. Arrived at the start of the two hour slot, which was really helpful, and let me know when he was half an hour away so I had time to get ready. Identified the problem quickly, and resolved it for a very fair price. Will be using this service again.
